Belinda has undertaken many psychotherapy modules, short courses, and read many peer reviewed articles and research to inform her provision of psychotherapy. As well as being part of the Australian College Mental Health Nurses Psychotherapy Special Interest Group.
Belinda is always guided by the goal’s of the individual with whom she is working. In addition to supporting engagement with the individuals network of supports, whether they are family, friends or health professionals. Belinda views the individuals support network as valuable to the individuals journey, without which the work of the journey can seem overwhelming to the individual.

Belinda doesn’t identify just one modality of therapy being better than another and chooses to work from the space that the individual finds themselves at the time of connection.
Belinda aims to sit within a non-judgmental, non-bias space when working with others. Belinda will endeavour to assist the individual find alternative supports if requested.
